Very interesting split from USA. The first band is Verräter: although the moniker is German, the band is from Nebraska, formed in 2014 and with a self-titled album out released in 2014. It is very, very raw black metal, the like I had not heard for a long time: maybe not it is original, but it sounds evil and from the abyss of an infernal cave.
The second band is Sxuperion from Mammoth Lakes, California, atmospheric black metal one-man band started in 1998, maybe a bit more original than the previous band. The music is morbid, sick, and weird.
If you look at the cover, you will see that it is very simple, almost infantile, but it expresses well the experience you are going to do because it immediately gives you the idea of something perverse, psychopathic, and wicked. Watch the following video by Sxuperion to understand what I mean. This split is a hymn to eeriness, and if you like this kind of feelings in music, this split is a must.
