Elffor (Spain): “Condemned to Wander”

Only a year after the excellent Unholy Throne of Doom, Spanish Elffor is back with the brand new album Condemned to Wander. Like its predecessor, the new album contains four long tracks for a total playtime of nearly 42 minutes. The album is once again in the wake of the epic / atmospheric black metal typical of the Spanish act but compared to Unholy Throne of Doom, Condemned to Wander is much harsher, and the dungeon component has been minimized to the essential. There is also a slightly folk touch, and in my opinion, at some moments, the sound is vaguely reminiscent of Summoning. In short, another majestic work by Elffor.

Condemned to Wander was independently released on April 20, 2021 as digital release and as limited edition digipack CD.
