Regarding the tour, King comments: “We look forward to sharing European stages with class acts such as Behemoth, Inquisition, and Entombed A.D. We will tour for the first time in support of our new album due to be released early 2016 by Season of Mist. Lock up your wives, daughters, and horses cause we're soon coming to a town near you!”

Abbath performed a celebrated show at Tuska Festival in Helsinki, Finland last weekend, where the Norwegians spectacularly headlined the Inferno stage on Saturday night. See below for a stage shot by Timo Isoaho.
At Tuska, Abbath premiered a brand new song titled “Fenrir Hunts”, which was played alongside classic Immortal material including “One by One”, and a handful of songs from Abbath' and King's 2006 project I.
Abbath anounced that he was moving forward under his own name earlier this year. The Immortal frontman and songwriter has been working on new material and the band will enter the studio this summer to record Abbath debut album, which will be released early 2016.
